THE KING JAMES BIBLE
This classic Bible version dates back to the 17th century and although it is very precise and a beautiful translation to read, its English is occasionally archaic. But for those who do not mind this, the King James Version or KJV is still a worthwhile translation that follows the Hebrew and Greek fairly literally in a "word for word" manner. This Project Gutenberg edition has a table of contents with links to jump to each book (but not individual chapters) of the Bible.
